Alok is a power sector and renewable energy expert with two-and-a-half decades of professional experience. He has deep hands-on experience of 15 years in renewable energy translating opportunities to reality across green-field project development, brown-field acquisitions and assured RE supply to industries. Alok has independently led and grew businesses in RE IPP space at a regional and country-head level for several MNCs related to both wind, solar and hybrid technologies for utility bids as well as industrial decarbonisation. Alok is presently with UPC Renewables India as CEO. In recent past, he was associated with Serentica Renewables, Sterlite Power and SunEdison. Alok has served energy industry in advisory/ transaction space for close to a decade with Big-Four consulting (Ernst & Young), credit-rating agency (ICRA) and multi-lateral funding institution (DfID). Alok is an Electrical Engineer from NIT (Durgapur) with a Master’s degree in finance from University of Delhi.
Amit has extensive entrepreneurial and leadership experience in Renewable Energy, Thermal Power and the Water/Wastewater sector driving growth, project execution, operational performance and change management. In the current role as Managing Director of Engie Solar for the India and Middle East Region, Amit manages a portfolio of 1GW of solar assets in India across 7 States and supports construction and engineering for other global markets. He is part of the several forums and is quite active in advocating in bringing about reforms in the power and more specifically in the Renewables sector. Amit holds a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, USA and Master’s in Finance & Management from Cranfield University, UK.

oversaw the creation of a vision document and roadmap for the solar energy sector for the government of Gujarat. Mr. Dev is a Founder & Promoter of Leap Green Energy and currently leads the Company as itsManaging Director. He along with his partner and fellow Founder Mr. Rajeev Karthikeyan is responsible for initially raising a funding of USD 120 mn from Asian Infrastructure Fund, AIRRO of JP Morgan, currently managed by New York based The Rohatyn Group for Leap Green Energy Pvt Ltd and subsequently an additional funding of USD 200 mn from the reputed energy investor, Global Energy Partners (EIG, London) who are also invested in the middle east energy major Saudi Aramco.

Mr. Harsh Shah is the Chief Executive Officer and board member of IndiGrid, India’s first and the largest power sector listed yield platform. He has an extensive experience in leading and scaling up large infrastructure platforms for brown field and green field expansion in electric transmission and renewable energy projects. He has been instrumental in launching IndiGrid from concept to a platform with ~ US$ 3.5 Billion AUM. Mr. Jinal Mehta, has more than 14 years of experience across all facets of the power sector, generation, transmission and distribution. He took charge of the Distribution business of the Company in April, 2014 and led significant operational improvements in licensed and franchised distribution businesses, in terms of network modernisation, reduction in AT&C losses, improved customer services and timely regulatory approvals for recovery of costs. Under his leadership, the Company obtained a distribution license for Dholera Special Industrial Region (SIR) and won the franchised distribution area of Shil, Mumbra & Kalwa (SMK).

Vikram Sridharan is the Director for Infrastructure Public Policy for AWS in APJ, and is based out of Delhi, India. He’s been with AWS since 2018, and has more than 25 years of experience of working with various governments and regulators on policy issues. In his present assignment, Vikram overlooks the Public Policy work for cloud infrastructure, including supporting the build and operations of AWS data centers in the APJ region.

Mathias Muther is the founder of AEROCOMPACT GROUP and has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of AEROCOMPACT Group Holding AG since August 2022. Previously, he was Chairman of the Management Board of AREOCOMPACT Holding GmbH. By developing an innovative bracket system for mounting solar panels, he was able to reduce the material requirements for photovoltaic mounting systems to one third of what was traditionally required. Sujoy Ghosh is the Vice President for First Solar and country managing director for the company’s India business operations from manufacturing to business development. He joined First Solar in 2012, and has supervised the build out of the company’s India business resulting in an overall installed base of 2GW+ in India for First Solar’s CdTe thin film PV modules. He is responsible for execution of all of First Solar’s India investment strategies be it development of utility scale solar assets (2014-18), to operationalizing a fully integrated 3.3GW/annum manufacturing facility in India, that was announced in 2021 to serve the needs of the India market.
Besides India, he has been responsible for overseeing First Solar’s region operations in the Middle East and more recently in Asia Pacific.

In his very early days of entrepreneurship he has visualized and implemented the operating lease model of buses to Bangalore Metropolitan Corporation (BMTC) on a Public Private Partnership mode as early as in the year 1997 while such model wasn’t prevalent making its first of its kind in the public transport sector.

Prior to co-founding Think Energy Solar India, from 2009-2012, Sandip was instrumental in development, financing, and management of renewable projects in India, Italy, US, Germany and United Kingdom for a large Indian Group.
Sandy is Country Manager & Chief Executive Officer at Enel Green Power (EGP) India, a subsidiary of Enel Green Power, an Italy- headquartered MNC and one of the largest renewable energy companies in the world with presence in 30 countries. Sandy heads the business and operations of the company in India, comprising around 140 employees and around 1 GW of renewable energy projects under operations and development.
Prior to EGP, Sandy was a co- founding key management member of BLP, a renewable energy start-up, set up in 2010, serving various roles such as Head of Project Development, COO and CFO. Sandy was instrumental in the stake sale of BLP to EGP in 2015 and Sandy came on board EGP at that time as CFO before becoming the CEO in 2019. In his professional career spanning 23 years, Sandy has performed various leadership roles at GE Capital (GE Private Equity), Ernst & Young and SBI Capital Markets Ltd.

Prior to his current position, Shivanand has held several leadership roles, including as MD & CEO at L&T Metro Hyderabad, the world's largest public-private partnership project in the metro sector. Mathias Muther is the founder of AEROCOMPACT GROUP and has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of AEROCOMPACT Group Holding AG since August 2022. Previously, he was Chairman of the Management Board of AREOCOMPACT Holding GmbH. By developing an innovative bracket system for mounting solar panels, he was able to reduce the material requirements for photovoltaic mounting systems to one third of what was traditionally required. With entrepreneurial foresight, Muther used his data and calculations as the basis for AeroTOOL, which was launched simultaneously with the innovative mounting components as a digital platform. Mathias Muther has more than 15 years of experience in the global solar business. Prior to that, he was Key Account Manager at Winkler-Solar in Feldkirch. In addition to his MBA studies at SHW in Vienna, Mathias Muther completed the Academic Business Manager at the University in Klagenfurt. He did his technical training as an installation, solar and heating technician. In 2018, AEROCOMPACT was awarded Born Global Champion by the Austrian Chamber of Commerce. Mathias Muther was inducted as a Senator in the Senate of Economy in the same year. Sujoy Ghosh is the Vice President for First Solar and country managing director for the company’s India business operations from manufacturing to business development. He joined First Solar in 2012, and has supervised the build out of the company’s India business resulting in an overall installed base of 2GW+ in India for First Solar’s CdTe thin film PV modules. He is responsible for execution of all of First Solar’s India investment strategies be it development of utility scale solar assets (2014-18), to operationalizing a fully integrated 3.3GW/annum manufacturing facility in India, that was announced in 2021 to serve the needs of the India market.
