SUBRAHMANYAM PULIPAKA
Chief Executive Officer of NSEFI
Subrahmanyam Pulipaka, is the Chief Executive Officer of National Solar Energy Federation of India. Subrahmanyam, who is BITSAA Global 30 Under 30 Award recipient, is an alumnus of BITS Pilani in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and is one of the youngest winners of BRICS young scientist award - 2018. Well known Speaker at various Solar and RE events in India,Pulipaka represented India in various scientific and technology platforms worldwide including United States, China, Russia and Rwanda. With a research background in reliability of solar PV modules, he has published around 15 research articles in internationally acclaimed journals. He is also the founding chairman of India Africa Youth Energy Forum, a platform dedicated to nurture future energy leaders in the Indian subcontinent and African continent.
ALEENA ANN VARGHESE

Aleena Ann Varghese is a dynamic and an accomplished individual, distinguished by her academic excellence, creative talents, and a passion for continuous learning. Currently, she serves an intrinsic role for the India AgriVoltaics Alliance at NSEFI. In this role, she has continued to explore her passion for communication and has found a new avenue for her skills to shine. She possesses an unwavering curiosity and a deep-seated desire to expand her knowledge and skills. A graduate in English Honours from Jesus and Mary College, University of Delhi she is a natural maverick with a fondness for the unconventional.She possesses a multifaceted talent, excelling in various co-curricular fields which reflects her creative prowess is not confined to one domain, but instead spans over a diverse range of artistic expressions. Aleena's artistic versatility is a testament to her innate ability to embrace new challenges and master them with finesse. One of her standout experiences includes her role as a Social Media Manager for DSYM “Chosen” Rohini.There, she harnessed her creativity and communication skills to engage and inspire a diverse audience. Her proficiency in leveraging digital platforms and crafting compelling content allowed her to make a meaningful impact on the community. Her innate hunger for growth is what propels her forward and enables her to take on new challenges with enthusiasm and optimism.

Ashwarya is at the helm of the policy team at NSEFI, steering strategic initiatives that shape the future of the energy sector. With a distinguished background, He holds an M.B.A in Power Management, coupled with a wealth of experience in Energy sector Policy & Regulatory affairs. His expertise encompasses an array of captivating areas, including the intricacies of the Electricity Act, Policy & Regulatory frameworks, Financial Modelling, Project Finance, Tariff Modelling, Power Generation, Power Distribution, Energy Efficiency, and Renewable Energy. Ashwarya's profound insights and dedication drive his passion for catalyzing positive change in the energy landscape. His comprehensive knowledge contribute significantly to NSEFI's mission, fostering sustainable growth and innovation in the renewable energy sphere.
AYUSH SHUKLA
Assistant Director - Program, Partnerships & Institutional Relations
Ayush dedicates each day to illuminating the path towards a sustainable and vibrant India. At NSEFI as the General manager He Works diligently with Government Institutes, Think Tanks, academic and Research Institutes, Media, Consultancies, and Industry Stakeholders to drive the solar energy revolution. As a distinguished alumnus of UPES, Dehradun, holding a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, he has become an instrumental force in advocating for solar energy and driving sustainable growth across the nation. His journey began at Adani Wilmar, where he honed his expertise before joining NSEFI. Notably, Ayush has undertaken multiple enriching courses from esteemed institutions like Reliance Infrastructure and Iacharya Silicon Limited, further enhancing his knowledge and insights. He is an unwavering proponent of the solar energy revolution, Ayush ardently facilitates the transition towards a greener and more resilient future. With a profound foundation in the solar energy sector, his aspiration is to expedite the movement towards a sustainable tomorrow.
CATHERINE LEON
Manager - Policy Communications & Outreach
With a passion for public policy and communications, Catherine plays a vital role in managing the organization's communication strategies along with Proactive Policy Advocacy for the RE Sector. Catherine's educational background is rooted in excellence, having pursued her studies at some of the finest institutions in the country. She completed her Master's degree in Public Policy from St. Xavier's College, Bombay, where she gained valuable insights into policy formulation and analysis. Prior to that, she obtained her Bachelor's degree in Political Science Honors from Jesus and Mary College, Delhi University, further strengthening her understanding of political dynamics.Driven by a desire to make a positive impact, Catherine gained valuable experience through various policy network organizations such as PRS Legislative and Janaagraha. These experiences allowed her to develop a comprehensive understanding of policy implementation, research, and advocacy. In her professional journey, Catherine has also contributed to the Delhi Commission for Women, working diligently to address women's issues and promote gender equality. Additionally, she has worked with Policy fide, leveraging her expertise in policy analysis and strategic planning.Catherine Leon is known for her strong work ethic, exceptional communication skills, and a deep commitment to advancing sustainable solutions for the future through effective policy initiatives
MAHIMA MALYAN
Associate
Mahima holds a master's degree from the TERI School of Advanced Studies (TERI SAS) in Sustainable Development Practice(SDP). She completed her undergraduate degree in Business Economics from the University of Delhi. She ha done multiple distance larning courses from the fiest Universities in the world like - University of Pennsylvania, Stanford University, University of Geneve, University of Cape Town, Erasmus University Rotterdam, and University of London that have expanded her knowledge base Mahima is currently one of the oldest employees working on AgriPV in NSEFI Office. She currently holds an Associate position with India Agri PV Alliance (IAA). Prior to which she worked with the Institute of Economic Growth, as a research Intern. She was also a Public Policy Fellow for Citizens for Public Leadership, working on the behavioural economics of energy and climate policy in India.

MANSI GOYAL
Admin and Finance Executive
Mansi Goyal stands as a dedicated CMA Finalist and a distinguished graduate in Banking & Finance from Ramanujan College, Delhi University. At present, she excels in her role as an adept Admin & Finance Executive at the National Solar Energy Federation of India. Mansi's journey has been marked by valuable experiences, including her tenure as a CMA Trainee with Vijender Sharma and Co, as well as an Operations Intern at Punjab & Sind Bank. These experiences have contributed to her well-rounded skill set and deep understanding of financial dynamics. With a fervent commitment to her professional growth, Mansi continues to make significant strides in the realm of finance and administration. Her dedication and expertise make her an integral part of the renewable energy landscape in India.
MUSKAAN SETHI
Associate International Relations
Muskaan has recently completed her Post-Graduation from Jawaharlal Nehru University in International Relations and Area Studies. She previously completed her Undergraduate degree from Dr B.R. Ambedkar University in Bachelor's of Art in Social Sciences and Humanities where she majored in Global Political Economy, Urbanism and Law. Muskan has interned in ASSOCHAM as a Junior Content Writer Muskaan aims to understand and critically analyse the complex paradigms of the global affairs and their implications on people's social, economic and political milieu and how their interactions with their surroundings construct their experiences. Through her past experience in the non-profit sector she aims to reduce the knowledge gaps between the industry, international organisations and grassroot levels and contribute to creating a sustainable future through primary research.

Prasoon Anand is the Project Manager at NSEFI. He is an Electrical and Electronics engineer from Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT). With a career spanning 6 years across solar energy and telecommunications, he has an extensive field experience of the energy sector that includes impactful roles in organizations such as TERI, OMC Power & Ekak Innovations. He brings a lot of vibrance and enthusiasm to the workplace.

Senior Manager - International Relations and Cooperation
Shubhang is a Geopolitics, foreign policy and climate action enthusiast and looks forward to taking NSEFI at various international platforms and international recognitions. He has completed his bachelor's degree with specialization in Economics from St. Xavier's College Ahmedabad and his Masters in International Relations from University of New South Wales, Sydney. He has previously interned with Centre for Air Power Studies, New Delhi and Public Affairs Centre, Bangalore. He has also worked as Research Assistant on UNICEF Gujarat Project. Along with this, he has presented papers at The Oxford University, United Kingdom. Shubhang was one of the contributors to the India Section of ""Global Market Outlook 2023 for Solar Power"" Europe and was Advisor & Reviewer for NSFEI - IGEF report ""Agrivoltaics in India: Overview of Projects and relevant policies.
SHUBHASHREE CHAKRABORTY
Manager Stakeholder Relations
Shubhashree is the Manager Stakeholder Relations - India AgriPV Alliance. She believes India AgriPV Alliance to be a means to give back to the society in her finite capacity. With a Master's degree in Environment Management from Forest Research Institute, Dehradun and a specialization in Remote Sensing and GIS from Indian Institute of Remote Sensing, ISRO, she can convincingly integrate technology with the natural world. Her experience with the state governments of Delhi and West Bengal and involvement in organizations like IUCN CEM South Asia and International Forestry Student's Association (IFSA) showcase her dedication and proactive approach for creating a sustainable and habitable planet for the future. Her articulate nature, systematic thinking and her go-getter attitude along with her past work experiences, makes her well-equipped to turn her vision into reality.
VANSHIKA GAZMER
Policy Associate
Vanshika Gazmer is a dedicated and diligent sustainability enthusiast with a strong background in project management and innovative solutions. Holding an MBA in Sustainability Management and a B.Sc. in Home Science Honors, she brings a holistic perspective that considers social and environmental aspects. Vanshika has served in various roles, including as an Associate Consultant at Think Through Consulting (TTC) and Executive Officer at the National CSR Network, collaborating with entities such as the World Bank, UNDP, and various governmental and non-governmental organizations. Specializing in crosscutting themes of climate change, gender, ESG, CSR, skilling, and renewables, Vanshika excels in research, case study development, report writing, impact assessment, and policy advocacy. With experience in leading teams for crafting social media strategies and resource mobilization, she is well-versed in the field. Her master's thesis focused on "Studying Climate Resilient Agricultural Intervention by a Malt Brewing Company in India," using the Landscape Approach (Production Protection Inclusion methodology). Vanshika's passion for sustainability, combined with her empathetic approach to critical issues, serves as her driving force. Driven to contribute across various sustainability domains, she wields her pen as a carbon-neutral sword.

Varun is a solution oriented and information driven professional. With 2.5 years of experience in Hospitality & Event Management. His curiosity to know more about the world has moved him across various places and provided him with a diverse set of knowledge across various avenues which includes International Trade, Geopolitical Transistions, Impact Analysis & capacity building. His affinity for Impact Consulting has been awarded at Harvard Asia Conference New Delhi 2022. Varun graduated from Delhi Institute of Hotel Management and later completed his Masters in International Relations & Area studies from Jamia Millia Islamia New Delhi.

Along With an impressive 15 years of experience in the field, he has honed his skills and expertise, particularly during his 4-year tenure at Delta Software. Deepak Neendaniya is recognized for his unwavering commitment to his role and responsibilities plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within the office. Deepak Neendaniya is a true asset to the workplace, always striving to enhance efficiency and deliver exceptional results.
JATIN SANDHU
Mobility & transport
Jatin Sandhu journey embodies versatility and determination. In 2012, he completed his 10th-grade education, followed by an ITI course, demonstrating his commitment to skill development. He pursued the BA-LLB program from Punjab University. But later in life Jatin chose an unconventional path by withering away from the course and choosing a different path of marketing. With about 3 years into the industry he shifted gears . All credits to his great adaptability and an innovative mindset shone through as he moved onto the travel industry. He started out by providing cab services for shooting crews. Today, he specializes in all-India travel, with a particular fondness for exploring the captivating landscapes of North East India. As a true hodophile, Jatin's passion for travel fuels his dedication to curating unforgettable journeys for everyone at NSEFI.
