Refund and Cancellation Policy

NSEFI Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy:

NSEFI does not entertain returns or refunds for event fees once the registration is successfully completed and payment is made by the attendee. Attendees are requested to register for events only if they agree with this policy.

Cancellation Policy:

Attendees cannot cancel their registration and demand a refund once the registration is successfully completed and processed by the payment gateway. Refund requests will only be considered in the following cases:

  1. If the event is canceled by NSEFI.
  2. If the event is postponed and the attendee is unable to attend on the rescheduled date.

Process for Refund:

  1. In case of event cancellation by NSEFI, the registration fee will be refunded to the attendee within 7-10 business days from the date of written confirmation of the refund.
  2. The refund amount will be processed using the same mode of payment used by the attendee during registration.

No Refunds Will Be Given In The Following Cases:

  • The attendee does not attend the event.
  • The attendee decides not to participate for personal reasons.
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, government regulations, etc.).
