Under his leadership Tata Power Solar emerged as no.1 rooftop player in the industry. He has been instrumental in streamlining the business for increased efficiency and profitability by focusing on building state-of-the-art technology, engineering and strengthening customer and employee satisfaction. His relentless pursuit of excellence has helped Tata Power Solar build strong competencies leveraging technology and innovation. Tata Power Solar has more than doubled its revenue under the visionary leadership of Mr. Khanna and during this period the company has commissioned several challenging and industry landmark projects.

Alok is a power sector and renewable energy expert with two-and-a-half decades of professional experience. He has deep hands-on experience of 15 years in renewable energy translating opportunities to reality across green-field project development, brown-field acquisitions and assured RE supply to industries. Alok has independently led and grew businesses in RE IPP space at a regional and country-head level for several MNCs related to both wind, solar and hybrid technologies for utility bids as well as industrial decarbonisation. Alok is presently with UPC Renewables India as CEO. In recent past, he was associated with Serentica Renewables, Sterlite Power and SunEdison. Alok has served energy industry in advisory/ transaction space for close to a decade with Big-Four consulting (Ernst & Young), credit-rating agency (ICRA) and multi-lateral funding institution (DfID). Alok is an Electrical Engineer from NIT (Durgapur) with a Master’s degree in finance from University of Delhi.

Amit has extensive entrepreneurial and leadership experience in Renewable Energy, Thermal Power and the Water/Wastewater sector driving growth, project execution, operational performance and change management. In the current role as Managing Director of Engie Solar for the India and Middle East Region, Amit manages a portfolio of 1GW of solar assets in India across 7 States and supports construction and engineering for other global markets. He is part of the several forums and is quite active in advocating in bringing about reforms in the power and more specifically in the Renewables sector. Amit holds a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, USA and Master’s in Finance & Management from Cranfield University, UK.

Mr Jain has extensive experience in both the finance and renewable energy sector having combined work experience of close to 20 years. He has worked for leading players such as Barclays Bank, ICICI Bank, SunEdison and SkyPower Global. He is an MBA graduate from Yale University and has extensive experience in Solar energy sector, Investment Banking, and Business Development. Solar experience –SkyPower; Formerly Head of West India at SunEdison, Head of Business Development at Kiran Energy and Director at KPMG Barclays Capital / Lehman Brothers (USA) – Associate in Investment Banking Group. While at KPMG, Mr. Jain co-led the solar energy practice group and executed projects such as the 150 MW Solar project of Mahagenco (largest plant in Asia at that time), for which he prepared the bid documents and oversaw the process of EPC appointment, designed and structured contracts and assisted with financial closure. Mr. Jain also oversaw the creation of a vision document and roadmap for the solar energy sector for the government of Gujarat. During his tenure at SunEdison Mr. Jain led and administered the western region of India for solar, wind and distributed generation verticals and pursued a development pipeline of more than 2500 MWs.

Mr. Dev Anand is an MBA in International Business from Leeds University Business School,England and a Mechanical Engineer from PSG College of Technology, India. Mr. Dev has more than 22 years of entrepreneurial experience across manufacturing, IT and power and has over 18 years of experience in wind energy. Mr. Dev is a Founder & Promoter of Leap Green Energy and currently leads the Company as itsManaging Director. He along with his partner and fellow Founder Mr. Rajeev Karthikeyan is responsible for initially raising a funding of USD 120 mn from Asian Infrastructure Fund, AIRRO of JP Morgan, currently managed by New York based The Rohatyn Group for Leap Green Energy Pvt Ltd and subsequently an additional funding of USD 200 mn from the reputed energy investor, Global Energy Partners (EIG, London) who are also invested in the middle east energy major Saudi Aramco. Mr. Dev Leads the Vision and Business Objectives of Leap Green, which currently has an operating portfolio of 751MW across Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh Maharashtra and the Company is poised to get to 3GW by 2027. Mr. Dev along with Mr. Rajeev are responsible for pioneering a first of its kind Wind Forecasting and Scheduling activity for TANGEDCO for grid integration of renewables, developed a landmark Branded Green Power strategy called “Wind Built”, set up a first of its kind Remote Surveillance for wind farm management and Artificial Intelligence based Machine Learning tools for efficient maintenance and breakdown management to complement wind turbine operations and maintenance.

Girish Tanti is the Vice Chairman and founding member of Suzlon Energy Limited. He is an engineer with a Master of Business Administration from the United Kingdom. Over his twenty-seven years of global renewables business experience, he has lived and worked across Europe, the United States, and Asia. As co-founder of Suzlon, he incubated the renewable energy business in 1995, led the establishment of technology development centres in Europe and India, set-up the global supply chain, and developed wind markets across India, the United States, Canada, Europe, China, Australia, South\ America, and South Africa. His efforts have been vital to Suzlon’s rise to becoming the only renewable energy player from a developing nation to rank among the top five worldwide in the early 2000s. He is also the founding member of the Suzlon Foundation, which has grown to become a leading grass root rural development foundation in India.
Mr. Tanti champions the industry in India and across the world as the Vice Chairman on the Board of Global Wind Energy Council (GWEC), Chairman of Global Supply Chain Forum for Manufacturers of GWEC, Chairman of GWEC India, and Co-Chair of National Committee on Renewable Energy of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). He is also actively engaged with various global forums on Climate Change and Energy Transition.Committed to enabling the global Energy Transition journey, Girish Tanti is highly passionate about creating an equitable and sustainable world for future generations.

Mr. Harsh Shah is the Chief Executive Officer and board member of IndiGrid, India’s first and the largest power sector listed yield platform. He has an extensive experience in leading and scaling up large infrastructure platforms for brown field and green field expansion in electric transmission and renewable energy projects. He has been instrumental in launching IndiGrid from concept to a platform with ~ US$ 3.5 Billion AUM. He is also a member of the SEBI Advisory Committee for InvITs and REITs and chairs working group on InvITs and REITs at financial markets committee at CII. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Nirma Institute of Technology, Gujarat University.

Mr. Jinal Mehta, has more than 14 years of experience across all facets of the power sector, generation, transmission and distribution. He took charge of the Distribution business of the Company in April, 2014 and led significant operational improvements in licensed and franchised distribution businesses, in terms of network modernisation, reduction in AT&C losses, improved customer services and timely regulatory approvals for recovery of costs. Under his leadership, the Company obtained a distribution license for Dholera Special Industrial Region (SIR) and won the franchised distribution area of Shil, Mumbra & Kalwa (SMK). He has been the Managing Director of the Torrent Power Limited since April 01, 2018. He leads the Company’s efforts at continuous operational improvement and delivering growth.

Mr. Kuldeep Jain is the Managing Director of CleanMax.. Kuldeep was previously working as a global partner at McKinsey & Company and headed the Energy and Corporate Finance division for McKinsey & Company in India. Kuldeep has an MBA from IIM – Ahmedabad, holds a Chartered Accountant and a Cost Accountant degree.

Kushagra is a solar energy enthusiast with 20 years of experience in leading large teams that have developed multiple MW scale solar energy projects across the world. As Co-Founder and Managing Director of SunSource Energy, one of India's leading integrated distributed solar companies, he has been instrumental in shaping the company's strategy and leading its project execution, technology, and engineering efforts to carve a niche in the global solar market.

Manu Bishnoi is the Managing Director and Partner of Technique Solaire in India, a French company specializing in renewable energy, specifically solar and biogas development as an Independent Power Producer (IPP) since 2008. With over 10 years of experience in the solar industry, Manu’s journey started with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering after which he worked in the IT industry for 2.5 years, followed by a Master’s in Strategy & Organization Consultancy from EDHEC Business School in France following which he joined Technique Solaire and played a key role in devising their strategy to enter the Indian market. He successfully set up the company’s subsidiary in India and managed the day-to- day operations, leading to the commissioning of their first solar project in Uttarakhand in 2017. Despite being a small player in the Indian solar sector, Manu’s entrepreneurial spirit, perseverance, and sustainable long-term vision have won him numerous accolades, including the Best SME of the year award in 2018 and the Best French Partnership Abroad award by CCI France Internal in 2019.

He has held positions of CTO ACME Solar Pvt. Ltd., Operations head in Minda Sai Ltd., Business head at Wings Power Pvt. Ltd. and Operations head at Ranutrol Instrumentation Ltd. He has rich and diversified experience across industry segments in leadership roles in technology, design engineering, cost innovation, procurement, operations, statistical analysis, and customer support. Naresh has done BE (Industrial Electronics) from Shivaji University.

Nawal Saini is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Renewable Power Group. In this role, he is responsible for building and managing Brookfield’s business in India and assists the infrastructure team in executing large-scale transactions.Prior to joining Brookfield in 2018, Mr. Saini focused on renewables for infrastructure investment teams at CDPQ and JP Morgan. Mr. Saini also worked at Jacob Ballas, a New York Life-anchored private equity fund in India, and as a banker with ABN Amro Bank and SBI Capital Markets.

Mr. Saini earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, India and a Bachelor of Science degree from Delhi University.

Pratyush Thakur was appointed as Investment Director & Country Head for Blueleaf Energy’s Indian operations, in September 2021.
Based in Bangalore, Mr. Thakur leverages his 18 years of experience building successful businesses in complex organizational and market conditions, to lead Blueleaf’s business in India. Well respected in the market, he is recognized as one of India’s top renewable energy leaders.
Prior to joining Blueleaf, Mr. Thakur led renewables development activities in India for Macquarie Capital and before that was Managing Director of Statkraft Solar Solutions, the solar arm of notable Norwegian renewable energy player Statkraft.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Delhi Technological University, MBA from IIT Delhi and has completed all three levels of the CFA program.

Radhakrishna’s career has been largely built around harnessing the wind. He has spent more than two decades in the renewable energy space.
An Electrical Engineer by profession, he started his career as a Graduate Engineer trainee at NEG Micon India Pvt Limited and later he worked as Project Manager in Vestas, Regional Head in Gamesa, and Vice President Projects, at Kshema Power & Infrastructure company.
Radhakrishnan is associated with Acciona Energy (AE) India since May 2016, joined as Director of the Engineering and Construction Division and later in January 2020, took over as Managing Director for AE India and has been awarded as “Green Tech Leading Director Award 2021” for his initiatives in CSR, Sustainability, and contribution for a greener environment. He holds an executive general management certificate from IIM Bangalore.
A wide experience in the Renewable energy sector with c. 21 years of professional experience working with leading manufacturers of Wind turbines Vestas and Gamesa. Mr. Ravi Kumar Reddy is the Chairman and Managing Director of Axis Energy Group. Prior to co-founding TEPSOL, Sandip co-founded TEP Solar India Private Limited, a solar development platform majority owned by Think Energy Partners Solar India LLC. Sandy is Country Manager & Chief Executive Officer at Enel Green Power (EGP) India, a subsidiary of Enel Green Power, an Italy- headquartered MNC and one of the largest renewable energy companies in the world with presence in 30 countries. Sandy heads the business and operations of the company in India, comprising around 140 employees and around 1 GW of renewable energy projects under operations and development. Prior to EGP, Sandy was a co- founding key management member of BLP, a renewable energy start-up, set up in 2010, serving various roles such as Head of Project Development, COO and CFO. Sandy was instrumental in the stake sale of BLP to EGP in 2015 and Sandy came on board EGP at that time as CFO before becoming the CEO in 2019. In his professional career spanning 23 years, Sandy has performed various leadership roles at GE Capital (GE Private Equity), Ernst & Young and SBI Capital Markets Ltd. He is actively engaged in thought leadership activities in the energy industry and is the founding Treasurer and Board Member of Wind Independent Power Producers’ Association (WIPPA), India’s premier association of wind energy generation companies. Sanjeev is the Chairman of HEXA Climate. Sanjeev is a serial entrepreneur and also the Founder, Ex-Managing Director of Amplus Solar (acquired by Petronas). Sanjeev is a 1995 batch qualifiedMBA from IIM Ahemdabad and holds extensive years of industry experience in the power industry. Sanjeev received the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) young leaders award in 2013 and was featured in Finance-Monthly global CEO awards in 2016. He has been chosen as one of the 100 Most Powerful Solar Business Leaders in the Indian PV Market and has also featured in the Power100 Map of year 2019 at the Solar Quarter’s 3rd Edition of Powerful Solar Business Leaders13.

Shivanand Nimbargi, an industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience spanning energy, transport, and infrastructure sectors, is the Managing Director and CEO of Ayana Renewable Power, which is one of India's largest renewable energy companies. Prior to his current position, Shivanand has held several leadership roles, including as MD & CEO at L&T Metro Hyderabad, the world's largest public-private partnership project in the metro sector. He has also served as MD & CEO of Green Infra Ltd (GIL), a renewable energy platform backed by IDFC, between 2011 and 2016. Shivanand started his career with Babcock and Wilcox, where he worked in Erection & Commissioning of Utility power plants . Thereafter, he worked with Alstom heading various functions such as , sales, supply chain, quality, and project management and managing businesses including manufacturing units. During his time there, he set up new business lines and managed global product lines of Coal Mills. Shivanand has been on the board of NTPC Alstom joint venture and Chairs FICCI's Renewable Energy CEO Council. He also serves as the Co-Chair of the Renewable Energy Council, CII-Godrej GBC. Shivanand is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering and pursued an Advanced Management Program at INSEAD. His extensive experience in the Energy and Transportation sector along with his exceptional leadership skills have earned him numerous accolades throughout his career.

Srini Viswanathan is the CEO Vibrant Energy Holdings and Managing Director of its India development platform (Vibrant Energy). After completing his MBA from Tuck School of Business, he started his career at UBS Investment Bank for industrial and renewable energy clients. He has over 20 years of leadership experience with large renewable energy companies.

Sumant Sinha is the Chairman and Managing Director of ReNew Power – India’s largest clean energy company. Vikram Sridharan is the Director for Infrastructure Public Policy for AWS in APJ, and is based out of Delhi, India. He’s been with AWS since 2018, and has more than 25 years of experience of working with various governments and regulators on policy issues. He is also a Non–Executive Director on the board of Daiwik Hotels, a company focusing on mid-range hotels at pilgrimage tourist locations in India.

Gautam Mohanka, CEO of Gautam Solar, is a pioneering figure in India’s solar industry. Ketan Mehta is the Managing Director of the Rays Power Infra Limited and has been an integral part of the organization since January 5, 2012. He was appointed to the position of Managing Director on January 1, 2017. An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee, Mr. Mehta holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. With over 11 years of experience in the solar power industry, he brings deep technical expertise and strategic vision to the company's leadership. Mr. Mehta has received several accolades in recognition of his entrepreneurial excellence, including being named in Forbes Asia’s 30 Under 30 list in the Industry, Manufacturing & Energy category. He has also been honored with the Young Entrepreneur Award and the Business Leadership Award by the Indian Achievers Forum.

Mathias Muther is the founder of AEROCOMPACT GROUP and has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of AEROCOMPACT Group Holding AG since August 2022. Previously, he was Chairman of the Management Board of AREOCOMPACT Holding GmbH. By developing an innovative bracket system for mounting solar panels, he was able to reduce the material requirements for photovoltaic mounting systems to one third of what was traditionally required. With entrepreneurial foresight, Muther used his data and calculations as the basis for AeroTOOL, which was launched simultaneously with the innovative mounting components as a digital platform. Under Mathias Muther's leadership, AEROCOMPACT has become an international leader in the solar tech industry in just a few short years. Mathias Muther has more than 15 years of experience in the global solar business. Prior to AEROCOMPACT, he was co-founder and CEO of SST-Solar, Schlins, a specialist in manufacturing solar collectors for solar thermal and photovoltaic applications. Prior to that, he was Key Account Manager at Winkler-Solar in Feldkirch. In addition to his MBA studies at SHW in Vienna, Mathias Muther completed the Academic Business Manager at the University in Klagenfurt. He did his technical training as an installation, solar and heating technician. In 2018, AEROCOMPACT was awarded Born Global Champion by the Austrian Chamber of Commerce. Mathias Muther was inducted as a Senator in the Senate of Economy in the same year. He is currently setting up the charity project "Solar Power Aid", with the help of which the power supply is to be restored as quickly as possible in crisis regions hit by environmental disasters by means of photovoltaics and battery storage packages.

Gaurav Malhotra is the Chief Executive Officer of Sustainable Energy Infra Investment Managers Private Limited. Parag Sharma is Founder and CEO of O2 Power. He also occupies the chair of the Vice-Chairman at CII’s National Committee on Atmanirbhar Bharat - RE Manufacturing. Additionally, he is also the Vice Chairman at WIPPA – Wind Independent Power Producers Association.

Mr. Rajiv Mishra is responsible for running CLP's business in India. He joined the CLP Group in 2002 and has over 20 years of experience in the power industry, both in India and internationally, mostly involved in project financing, investment appraisal, finance and accounting and general management. Before assuming the role of Managing Director of CLP India, Rajiv has held a variety of senior positions in the Power Industry viz. Deputy Managing Director/Chief Financial Officer of BLCP Power in Thailand, Finance Director of PowerGen India and Finance Director of LG Energy in Seoul, South Korea.

Shri Rajneesh Narang has taken over as Director - Finance of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd., a Maharatna Company, effective 22nd March, 2022. Prior to this, he was serving as Executive Director - Corporate Finance of HPCL. He is also the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

Mr. Sanjay Aggarwal is the President, Fortum India and Global Head for Solar at Fortum. Fortum has committed to invest 200-400 Million Euros in India and is current managing 435 MW of operational solar projects ( India), 250 MW Solar under construction (India) and 350 MW of solar projects under development ( other than India) .

Sachin has led and served across wide range of sectors, including technology, industrial, management consulting, climate infrastructure, energy transition, and renewable energy. With a proven track record in establishing platforms, building businesses, leading P&L operations, fundraising and developing high-performance teams, Sachin brings agility and an entrepreneurial mindset into large ventures.

Sujoy Ghosh is the Vice President for First Solar and country managing director for the company’s India business operations from manufacturing to business development. He joined First Solar in 2012, and has supervised the build out of the company’s India business resulting in an overall installed base of 2GW+ in India for First Solar’s CdTe thin film PV modules. He is responsible for execution of all of First Solar’s India investment strategies be it development of utility scale solar assets (2014-18), to operationalizing a fully integrated 3.3GW/annum manufacturing facility in India, that was announced in 2021 to serve the needs of the India market. Besides India, he has been responsible for overseeing First Solar’s region operations in the Middle East and more recently in Asia Pacific. Sujoy has over 30 years of industry experience in India, and joined First Solar from GE, where he was the Regional General Manager for GE Energy’s Power and Water business. In his 9 years with GE, he has worked in a diverse range of businesses from T&D (SCADA, network management and sub-station automation) to Thermal Power Generation (Gas and Steam Turbine and gasification) to Renewables (Wind). For the last 5 years, he led GE’s Thermal Products and Renewable Sales in India/Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. Prior to joining GE, Sujoy worked for 13 years in Tata Honeywell in sales/market development handling technology platforms from distributed control systems, safety systems and advanced control and optimization packages, across business verticals in the manufacturing, utility and oil & gas verticals.

Vikas Bansal is a cleantech leader with over 14 years of experience driving growth and transformation across the renewable energy sector. He currently serves as President & CEO – International at GameChange Solar, leading supplier of tracker and fix tilt solutions with headquarters in USA. In this role, Vikas is leading the company’s expansion in international markets, with a focus on strengthening global and local supply chains, driving growth through customer acquisition and organizational development to manage steep growth trajectory. Prior to GameChange, Vikas spent a decade at Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy, where he played a pivotal role in its steep growth and public listing. He was instrumental in the company’s international expansion, multifold revenue growth and establishing it as the world’s largest solar EPC solutions Provider at the time, with presence in more than 25 countries. Vikas holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering and an MBA from London Business School. Vinay is a renowned expert in the field of green energy and sustainability. He holds two master's degrees that lend him comprehensive knowledge in both the economic and practical aspects of energy. His first degree is a Master of Engineering in 'PV Solar Energy' from the University of New South Wales (UNSW), and his second is a Master's in 'Energy Economics' from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS).
He has been at the forefront of renewable energy development globally. He has been actively involved in more than 7 GW of renewable energy projects spanning Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Australia, India, the Middle East, Africa, and the EU. These projects are diverse, covering various types of renewable energy such as green hydrogen/green ammonia, large-scale grid-tie, rooftop installations, standalone battery systems, micro-grids, battery storage systems, rural electrification, solar irrigation pumps, building-integrated photovoltaics (BIPV), and water channel tops.
Beyond project involvement, Vinay possesses a deep understanding of the renewable energy market, gained through his varied roles in the industry. He has experience in long-term Independent Power Production (IPP), short-term solar project development, as well as Global Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) roles.
Vinay has been recognized as one of the '40 Under 40' by EQ Magazine and has received the 'APP Scholarship' from UNSW. In terms of ground-breaking projects, he played a pivotal role in establishing India's second and Gujarat's first megawatt-scale solar project.
