IAA at National Working Group Launch, Dhaka

The India Agrivoltaics Alliance (IAA) (NSEFI) was honoured to contribute to the Agrivoltaics Pilot Project Kick-off and National Working Group Launch in Dhaka, where Ms. Shubhashree Chakraborty, Associate Director, delivered a guest lecture sharing India’s experience in scaling integrated agrivoltaics through IAA. During the session, Ms. Chakraborty shared insights on agricultural productivity and illustrated how the Alliance’s strong networks, spanning farmers, researchers, industry, and policymakers, have enabled multiple pilots, field studies, and collaborative initiatives across India. She also highlighted how IAA’s engagement with both central and state governments has played a key role in shaping dialogue and gaining momentum for agrivoltaics.
