KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accounts: Process invoices, reconcile statements, and assist in payments.
• Data Analysis: Enter and analyse financial data, and prepare reports.
• Expense Management: Track expenses, and aid in budgeting and variance analysis.
• Bank Reconciliation: Ensure accuracy between bank statements and records.
• Month-End: Support closing processes, and handle journal entries.
• Admin Tasks: Organize files, and assist in administrative finance duties.
• Projects: Contribute to finance-related projects and process improvements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Detail-oriented with Excel proficiency.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
