HR Intern

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Assist with Recruitment:
    • Post job openings on the company website, job boards, and social media platforms.
    • Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
    • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
    • Assist in conducting initial phone screenings.
  1. Onboarding Support:
    • Help prepare onboarding materials for new hires.
    • Assist in conducting new employee orientations.
    • Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and filed.
  1. Employee Records Management:
    • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
    • Assist in the preparation of employee documentation, including contracts and letters.
    • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
  1. HR Administration:
    • Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks.
    • Help organize and maintain HR files and documents.
    • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
  1. Employee Engagement:
    • Participate in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
    • Assist in conducting employee surveys and compiling feedback.
  1. Learning and Development:
    • Help coordinate training sessions and workshops.
    • Maintain training records and assist in tracking employee development progress.
  1. Policy and Procedure Assistance:
    • Support the HR team in updating and communicating HR policies and procedures.
    • Assist in ensuring company policies are consistently applied and adhered to.
  1. Compliance and Reporting:
    • Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Help prepare and submit necessary reports to management and regulatory bodies.
  1. Employee Relations:
    • Provide support in handling employee inquiries and issues.
    • Assist in resolving minor employee conflicts and concerns.
  1. Special Projects:
    • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
    • Conduct research and analysis on HR-related topics.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Enrollment in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
