Experience: 1–2 years (NGOs / Section 8 / Trusts / Development Sector preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013.
- Manage Board, Committee, and General Meetings, including notices, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Handle ROC filings, annual returns, and event-based compliances.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, and corporate documentation.
- Support compliance related to FCRA, CSR, donor reporting, and other applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors, legal advisors, consultants, and regulators.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing MOUs, agreements, policies, resolutions, and governance documents
- Support secretarial audits, internal compliance reviews, and statutory audits.
- Track regulatory changes impacting the federation and ensure timely implementation.
- Strengthen corporate governance and transparency practices.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Company Secretary
- 1-2 years of experience with NGOs, Section 8 companies, trusts, societies, or development sector organizations.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks applicable to non-profit organizations is an advantage.
- Strong drafting and documentation skills
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and compliance orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
