The Associate – Policy (NSEFI Green Data Center Coalition) will support research, analysis, and advocacy activities under the Green Data Center Coalition. The role is ideal for candidates passionate about sustainability, digital infrastructure policy, and renewable energy transition.
Conduct research and data analysis on policy, regulatory, and technology topics related to green data centers
Assist in drafting policy documents, briefing notes, reports, and presentations
Coordinate meetings, stakeholder communication, and coalition events
Track policy developments, industry announcements, and global best practices
Support working groups and project teams with documentation and follow-ups
Assist in planning awareness and outreach activities for the coalition
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Public Policy, Energy, Engineering, Sustainability, Economics, or related fields. (Master's is preferred)
1–3 years of experience in energy policy, digital sector, sustainability, or research
Strong analytical and writing abilities
Interest in renewable energy integration and digital infrastructure development
Good organizational and communication skills
