Admin Executive

An Admin Executive is required to manage general administration, including stationery/inventory, vendor coordination, and documentation; organize meetings and events; handle travel bookings and vendor negotiations; and support HR/Finance in onboarding, attendance, and compliance tasks. Applicants must be graduates (any stream) with strong communication and coordination skills. Prior experience in administration or travel desk roles will be an advantage. Responsibilities : 

* General Administration :  

  •  Stationery & inventory management.
  •  Vendor coordination & documentation.
  •  Maintain proper documentation and filing systems, both physical and digital.

* Meetings & Events :           

  • Organize internal meetings and office events.

* Travel Desk Management 

  • Handle travel bookings (flights, trains, hotels, cabs, visas)
  • Coordinate with travel vendors for best rates
  • Maintain travel records & expense tracking
  • Ensure compliance with travel policy

 

* Support to HR/Finance :     

  •  Assist in onboarding of new employees (welcome kits, ID cards, seating arrangements).
  •  Manage attendance records, access control, and basic compliance documentation.

Required Qualification :   

  • Graduates only (any stream) 
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Prior experience in a similar administrative or travel desk role will be an added advantage.
