Admin Intern

An Admin Intern is required to assist in daily office operations, travel desk coordination, event/meeting logistics, and HR/admin tasks such as onboarding and maintaining attendance records. Applicants must be graduates (any stream) with strong communication and coordination skills. Prior experience in administration or travel desk roles will be an advantage. Responsibilities : 

*Administrative Support : 

  • Assist in day-to-day office operations
  • Help maintain office supplies and basic inventory tracking
  • Support in organizing documents and records

*Travel Desk Coordination : 

  • Support in collecting travel requirements from employees
  • Assist in coordinating travel bookings (flights, hotels, cabs)
  • Help maintain travel data and records for reference

*Event & Meeting Support : 

  • Assist in preparation and setup for internal meetings or small events
  • Coordinate logistics under the supervision of the Admin team

*HR/Admin Assistance :

  • Support onboarding activities 
  • Help maintain attendance sheets and access records

Required Qualification :   

  • Graduates only (any stream) 
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Prior experience in a similar administrative or travel desk role will be an added advantage.
