Finance & Admin Intern

NSEFI is seeking a Finance & Admin Intern to assist with accounting, data analysis, expense management, bank reconciliation, month-end processes, administrative tasks, and finance-related projects. Ideal candidates are finance or accounting graduates with strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities : 
  •  Accounts : Process invoices, reconcile statements, and assist in payments. 
  • Data Analysis : Enter and analyze financial data, and prepare reports. 
  • Expense Management : Track expenses, and aid in budgeting and variance analysis. 
  • Bank reconciliation : Ensure accuracy between bank statements and records. 
  • Month end : Support closing processes, and handle journal entries. 
  • Admin Tasks : Organize files, manage travel logistics and assist in administrative finance duties. 
  • Projects : Contribute to finance related projects and process improvements. 
Required Qualifications : 
  • Graduate in Finance, Accounting or related field. 
  • Detail oriented with Excel proficiency. 
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills. 
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
