We are a renewable energy company operating as an Independent Power Producer (IPP), focused on delivering measurable value by transforming energy expenses into long-term savings. Our business model is built around owning, operating, and managing solar power assets, ensuring reliable and sustainable energy generation. We currently have two commissioned solar power plants in Uttarakhand (Chakrata), with a strong pipeline of projects under development. Additionally, over 100 MW of solar capacity in Punjab is in the advanced stages of construction and nearing commissioning, significantly strengthening our renewable portfolio. Beyond asset ownership, we also provide Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services for solar projects under both CAPEX and OPEX models. Our EPC footprint spans multiple locations, including Haridwar, Rajasthan, and Visakhapatnam, where we have successfully executed solar installations. With a dual focus on IPP and EPC capabilities, we are committed to accelerating clean energy adoption while delivering cost-efficient and scalable solar solutions.
