2nd Women in Energy Summit
NSEFI under the WISE initiative organized the 2nd Women in Energy Summit 2025 convened policymakers and industry leaders to advance women’s leadership in India’s renewable energy sector. It focused on inclusive workplaces, skill development, entrepreneurship, and decentralised energy, and marked the launch of the College Ambassador Programme for Women, the “Best Place to Work for Women in RE” label, and a sector report on workplace conditions. The Summit culminated in actionable, time-bound commitments to strengthen women’s participation across the clean energy value chain.
