NSEFI organized a workshop - "Improving Workplace Conditions for Women in the RE Sector," as part of the WISE (Women In Solar Energy) initiative, with the support of BSW - Bundesverband Solarwirtschaft e.V. & Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) . It was a pleasure to receive such an active participation from numerous women in the RE sector, contributing to the ongoing efforts to foster a conducive work environment for women in renewable energy sector.
