NSEFI, in collaboration with Shakti Sustainable Energy Foundation, organized RECAP 2025 — the National Roundtable on Renewable Energy Capacity-building, Advancement, and Planning — bringing together stakeholders from across the renewable energy ecosystem to tackle one of India’s most pressing challenges: building a skilled, inclusive, and future-ready workforce. As the nation races toward its 500 GW non-fossil fuel target by 2030, RECAP 2025 focused on identifying critical skill gaps, addressing regional workforce mismatches, and advancing practical skilling solutions across Solar PV, Wind, Green Hydrogen, BESS, and more. The roundtable highlighted innovative training models, inclusion strategies for youth and women, and the need for stronger industry-academia-government collaboration to make skilling the backbone of India’s green energy transition.
