As a Knowledge Partner for the Global Curtain Raiser of BRESE 2026 at Climate Week NYC, NSEFI is pleased to contribute in shaping the dialogue around India’s clean energy transition and the ecosystem required for its next phase of growth. The discussions brought together government, industry and international institutions around key priorities including mobilising affordable capital, improving project bankability, distributed renewable energy, storage, grid modernisation, green hydrogen, domestic manufacturing, clean-energy trade and resilient supply chains. Shri Suman Kumar, Vice Chairman & Managing Trustee, highlighted India’s growing renewable energy investment opportunity and the importance of stronger collaboration between government, industry and global partners. The curtain raiser brought together senior representatives from MNRE, State Governments, the International Solar Alliance, industry and international institutions, creating an important platform for dialogue on investment, bankability and international cooperation.
