| Description | Responsibilities: 1. Manage the cash flow and supervise financial transactions within the federation to ensure there are no discrepancies in reports 2. Maintaining audit spreadsheets and ensuring spreadsheets are up to date each month and at year-end1, as well as reporting on the financial profit and loss incurred on a weekly or yearly basis 3. Helping accountants and the manager to contact people within the federation to update records for financial requests for purchase orders, making sure all documents are accurate 4. Work with teams in the company to obtain financial data, such as the expenses incurred throughout the month, so that records can be updated for accurate auditing at the end of the year 5. Support virtual and in-person events with coordination, planning, and presentation drafting and support. 6. Work with Senior Manager in HR-related work. |
