Observations and Suggestions on the applicability of central financial assistance (CFA) available under Rooftop Solar (RTS) Programme Phase-II for solar systems installed under the Virtual Net Metering (VNM) arrangement
NSEFI/MNRE/2022-23/153 dated 31.10.2022 - NSEFI writes a letter to MNRE, for providing the observation and Suggestions on the applicability of central financial assistance (CFA) available under Rooftop Solar (RTS) Programme Phase-II.
NSEFI raise a concern regarding the section 3 sub clause (i) of an official memorandum issued by MNRE on 3rd October and requests MNRE to include the residential consumers of urban areas for central financial assistance over virtual net metering because, as per the memorandum CFA would be applicable for the residential consumers of rural areas only.Read More
